At the outset, begin by defining the reason WHY you are doing what you are doing. This will help create and maintain a clearly oriented mindset. As the leader of your own goals, never settle. There will always be ways to improve and expand your skills. Even the greatest leaders throughout the world are still actively learning, from their own experiences and seeking the advice of others leaders, to discover the best possible ways to inspire and motivate. Successful leaders know exactly what they want. Learning is a continuous practice throughout their movements. Break It Down We all have goals we aim to achieve. Breaking your plan down into small chunks removes feelings of being overwhelmed or disheartened. Setting goals can increase your motivation to get started, Motivation sets you up to take action, and consistent daily actions move you into momentum to reach your short-term goals, Each achievement will automatically set you up to reach your long-term and lifelong goals. Create A Dream Collage - What do I want?
This can be put together on a piece of large or small thick paper, card or board. Use describing words that are in line with the person you are, what you stand for, and what you want to become. Then add pictures of places, themes, investments and opportunities you desire to experience. You can draw these yourself, or you can cut them out from magazines or whatever you can find. Once you are happy with your vision collage, place it somewhere you can see it on a daily basis. This can be added to or expanded on as your journey gets underway.
