Anita Frost, founder of Green Bean Studios, said: "As we continue our journey to becoming the leading brand in supporting young children’s learning and development, sustainably. “Empowering children to achieve their best, while instilling a love of their environment and world, is at the heart of everything we do. At a time when the world is in turmoil, we want to create opportunities for children to enjoy precious moments with their grown ups, whether indoors with a book or in nature with a kite, and this year’s success is testament to the significance of this approach. “I believe our products can serve as an educational tool to illustrate the importance of sustainable communities, responsible consumption and production. Our work with universities, our conversations with parents and carers, and our engagement with educational professionals, is ensuring the toys, games and entertainment we create truly support children to play, learn, develop and reach their full potential.” The firm anticipates further growth next year, with plans to expand the sales and creative team, launch retail lines into three new territories, and announce a new investment round alongside the unveiling of new eco products and its animated TV series. Green Bean & Friends™
Manchester’s Green Bean Studios has produced a new trailer of its pre-school series, Green Bean & Friends. It’s made the move as it seeks a production partner to take the project into the next phase of development. “The launch of our preschool TV series trailer represents a significant milestone in our journey, as we accelerate our plans for 2024. Our aim has always been to engage and entertain children, families, carers and educators, in an eco-conscious way; one that promotes early years development but also a love of adventure and the great outdoors,” explained author and creator, Anita Frost. “Working with some incredible local talent has enabled us to produce an animation that really brings to life the essence and character of our beloved Green Bean and friends, and truly engages our audiences, from preschool to adult. We now look forward to selecting a partner to develop this into its next phase of production.” The 2D animation features leading character Green Bean and five friends who love to play, learn, and go on fun outdoor adventures together. The series will have an “eco-conscious focus.” Frost collaborated with composer Douglas Black Heaton on the trailer and she added that an “A-List celebrity” had been confirmed as a voiceover artist. The trailer hasn’t been released publicly. Precious Moments Ambassadors
