If you’re looking for some fun and educational entertainment for the kids during half term, come along to a live interactive storytime session with Green Bean & Friends. As part of the ‘Every Book Tells a Story’ project, award-winning author Anita Frost will be hosting this FREE community event, where children will be able to see their favourite characters brought to life through live storytelling as Anita shares her stories from the Green Bean Collection. The event takes place at Ashton Library in Wigan on Monday 25th October from 10:30am - 12noon. Tickets are free, but booking is essential - there’s just a few spaces left so be sure to get in quick to avoid disappointment! The storytime session is suitable for children aged one to seven years. Our stories have broad appeal to children from all backgrounds and will inspire their imaginations through exciting adventures. Children will also have the opportunity to have their books signed on the day by the author. This is a wonderful opportunity for fans of Green Bean & Friends to be immersed in the world of Adventure Dales and experience the characters and stories in a fun and engaging way. Live storytelling is a powerful way to inspire young children to love reading for pleasure and encourage an enjoyment of learning to support their early education.
