Let me start off by saying this book is Amazing! Giving Families & Parents a new way of clean healthy eating. I find this book very interesting as I am trying to find a new way to clean up my own diet, I also think it is very important for us to introduce children to new foods from the early stages of life, so they can be aware of what we consume from a day to day.
I can firmly say clean eating can sharpen your vision, declutter your thinking to give you a new perception of what you're doing and where you're going, or maybe not going.
Maybe this is not your preferred eating preference, so maybe start off with one day a week trying new clean foods, then move on to 3 days a week for a month, increasing as you wish. Another option do it for 21 to 30 days once or twice a year, I did this over February 2018 I can definitely say it has been a game changer for me on many levels.
