Over the next few days, as a family will be setting our family goals,  together we create some space to share and listen to each other's new year plans becoming accountable for what we plan to achieve or overcome in the new year ahead.
Top tip: If you're in business, set and revise your business goals a few times in the year. (I use January for personal and family goals ONLY, not business, I work on business goals/plans during these other dates within the year)
  • September - Yearly Action & Financial Goals
  • March - Revise Yearly Action & Financial Goals
Then break down your yearly aims into monthly actions/achievements

As you create some space to layout your new year plans personally, as a family, couple or as a business owner, don't let the SHOULD, WOULD, COULD hold you back, weigh your heart down or even cloud your ability to see you CAN do this.

Whatever happened in 2017 it has gone it's over it's finished, unchangeable, it's now part of your past so let it go.
  • Write those burdens down  - then bin them
  • Write those burdens down  - take them to your local tip, throw them over
Just bury them good a proper style.

Creating space for one day or an hour, is easily done, when it's time to create a new habit we have to allow and create space to form a new personal habit, without forming the new habit we can often slip back into the busy bustle of life, filling up are seven day week with just stuff.
Time to block out space to form the new plan/habit, use your answer from yesterday's question. (here are some examples below)
  1. A swim every Thursday at 8 am to reduce stress.
  2. Reading every Monday at 6 am to become more knowledgeable on a subject.
  3. Evening class every Wednesday 7 pm to enhance skills.
  4. Money management guidance every fortnight on a Fridays 3 pm to handle and grow your finances.
Set your new plan into your dairy and set phone reminders, then honour that space to make it happen (Distractions be gone) the tries DON'T succeed those who COMMIT do... you choose?
Final thoughts coming up tomorrow 'Day Three - Become Equipped'
