Frost led an excited partnership withLancaster University’s Centre for Global Eco-Innovation Lancaster Environment Centre. During 2023 Green Bean Studios team went under a huge period of growth forming key partnerships to support it's ECO developments. As a sustainable children’s entertainment IP brand, using sustainable materials and production methods has been a key focus since the brand was founded. Accelerating our creative innovation at Green Bean Studios, which is vital to support our mission of protecting the environment and reducing carbon emissions.
PHD students from Lancaster Environment Centre have now joined Anita Frost and the team to build on the strength and durability of sustainable materials from the brands growing collection to demonstrate the viability of mass producing high quality eco toys.
We continue to show that eco-friendly toys can be produced at scale economically and support children to play with confidence, learn and enjoy wonderful adventures. We are proud to help reduce carbon emissions by only using sustainable, recyclable or biodegradable materials in our products and packaging.
Sustainability is at the heart of Green Bean Studios’ mission, from their stories and fictional characters, to their educational eco toys and music. With the current global ecological crisis, more households are seeking sustainable products for their families, including affordable yet sustainable toys and entertainment for children.
Another key consideration for the brand will be several of the United Nations 17 sustainable goals. These include Goal 12 – Responsible consumption and Production; Goal 4 – Quality Education; Goal 9 – Industry Innovation & Infrastructure; Goal 11 – Sustainable Cities & Communities.
